What will you do?
As HR Advisor, you actively contribute to the development of HR policies and the growth of the organization. You are a full discussion partner for the MT and a trusted point of contact for colleagues. In this multifaceted role, you will deal with both operational and tactical HR issues - from day-to-day personnel matters to improvement projects.
You will play an important role in the implementation of inflow, throughput and outflow, and at the same time work on organization-wide HR projects such as, the optimization of our assessment cycle, setting up a salary house and setting up a works council. In this role you get a lot of freedom, responsibility and plenty of room to take initiatives. You will be supported by an administrative assistant.
- You are sparring partner for the MT
- You advise managers and are a trusted point of contact for employees
- You take care of the recruitment, selection and onboarding of new colleagues
- You supervise absenteeism processes and work on sustainable employability
- You analyze and report HR data and translate insights into concrete actions
- You contribute to themes such as strategic personnel planning, talent development, vitality and organizational culture
What do we expect from you?
You are an experienced HR Advisor who switches effortlessly between strategy and practice. With a completed Bachelor's degree in HRM you have laid a solid foundation, which you combine with extensive experience in themes such as strategic personnel planning, talent development, vitality and organizational culture. You have an open and clear communication and know how to convince and connect others. Thanks to your analytical skills, you quickly see where opportunities for improvement lie and you know how to set priorities. You are excellent at planning, organizing and taking action.
In short; you are someone who works with energy and commitment for growth and development-not only of the organization, but also of the employees and yourself.
